Intended use

The Nedis AIPU300CWT is an air purifier with a display, an air quality indicator and changeable filters.

The product is intended to purify the air in a room.

The purifier can filter the air in a room up to 45m².

Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Do not use a damaged product.

Do not connect a bound cable to the power outlet.

Only use the product indoors.

Do not use the product in wet or damp environments.

Do not place the product near gas, an electric burner or a heated oven.

Do not cover ventilation openings.

Do not insert any objects into the product.

Do not place items on top of the product.

Do not let the power cable touch hot surfaces.

Do not use the power cable to carry the device.

Do not unplug the product by pulling on the cable. Always grasp the plug and pull.

This product may only be serviced by a qualified technician for maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock.

Installation

Check the contents of the package

Check that all parts are present and that no damage is visible on the parts. If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.

Use

Using the product

1. Press B

to switch on the product.

to increase / decrease the fan speed.

indicates the selected fan speed.

For optimal functioning run the product for 15 – 20 minutes at maximum speed.

3. Optionally, choose one of the following:

to select ‘timer’.

to select ‘auto’.

to select ‘sleep’.

Keep the windows closed while the product is switched on.

3. To cancel the timer, restart the product.

Set auto mode

to select auto mode.

The sensor indicates the air quality and adjust the speed of the fan if necessary.

Set sleep mode

to select sleep mode.

In sleep mode, the product operates as quiet as possible.

Memory function

The product remembers the latest settings when switched off.

The product resumes with these settings when switched back on.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
The product does not switch on.	Connect to a power outlet. Check if the power cord is damaged. Make sure A8 is closed.
The product is making strange noises.	Make sure Aq is placed in the correct way. The air purifier may be damaged, or a foreign object may be inside. Stop using the air purifier and contact your Nedis dealer. Replace Aq.
Poor purification quality.	Do not block ventilation openings and make sure that there is enough space around the product. Make sure Aq is placed in the right way. Make sure the room is smaller than 45 m². Replace Aq.
The product spreads an unpleasant odour.	Make sure the room has a relative humidity below 85 %. (The average standard indoor humidity is 30 - 50%.) Replace Aq.
A5 illuminates after replacing Aq.	Press and hold B5 for 3 seconds to reset.

Maintenance

Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.

Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.

To clean the product:

Unplug the product before servicing.

Clean A

at least once a month with a vacuum cleaner.

Do not clean with water or other liquids.

Replace the filter

Replace the filter every 6 – 8 months.

The correct replacing filter is the product with article number AIPU300AF.

Warranty

Any changes and/or modifications to the product will void the warranty. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.

This product is designed for private use (normal domestic use) only. Nedis is not responsible for wear, defect and/or damages caused by commercial use of the product.

De reiniger kan de lucht in een ruimte tot 45m² filteren.

Laat het netsnoer niet met hete oppervlakken in aanraking komen.

Gebruik het netsnoer niet om het apparaat te dragen.

Trek de stekker niet uit het stopcontact door aan de kabel te trekken. Pak altijd de stekker vast en trek eraan.

Dit product mag voor onderhoud alleen worden geopend door een erkend technicus om het risico op elektrische schokken te verkleinen.

Installatie

Inhoud van de verpakking controleren

Controleer of alle onderdelen aanwezig zijn en of er geen zichtbare schade is op de onderdelen. Indien onderdelen ontbreken of beschadigd zijn, neem dan via onderstaande website contact op met de Nedis B.V. service desk: www.nedis.com.

Voor het eerste gebruik

niet goed is aangesloten, werkt het product niet.

5. Plaats het product niet op minder dan 40 cm van een muur om een goede werking te garanderen.

Het product wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld wanneer A

Gebruik

Het product gebruiken

1. Druk op B

om het product aan te zetten.

2. Druk op B

om de ventilatorsnelheid te verhogen/verlagen.

geeft de geselecteerde ventilatorsnelheid aan.

Voor een optimale werking laat het product gedurende 15 – 20 minuten op maximale snelheid draaien.

3. Of kies een van de volgende opties:

om ‘timer’ te selecteren.

om ‘auto’ te selecteren.

om ‘sleep’ te selecteren.

Houd de ramen gesloten terwijl het product aan staat.

Na 30 seconden verandert A

van kleur op basis van de huidige luchtkwaliteit.

Verander de helderheid van A

door met de palm van uw hand op A

te drukken.

Stel de timer in

om de timer in te stellen.

2. Druk op B

om de tijd te verhogen/verlagen.

toont de gekozen tijd.

Tijdopties: 2 uren, 4 uren, 8 uren.

3. Om de timer te annuleren, start het product opnieuw.

Stel de auto-modus in

1. Druk op B

om de auto-modus te selecteren.

De sensor geeft de luchtkwaliteit aan en past indien nodig de snelheid van de ventilator aan.

om deze modus te verlaten.

De slaapmodus instellen

1. Druk op B

om de slaapstand te selecteren.

In de slaapstand werkt het product zo stil mogelijk.

Geheugenfunctie

Het product onthoudt de laatste instellingen wanneer het is uitgeschakeld.

Het product gebruikt deze instellingen wanneer het weer wordt ingeschakeld.

Probleem oplossing

Probleem	Oplossing
Het product gaat niet aan.	Sluit het product aan op een stopcontact. Controleer of het netsnoer beschadigd is. Zorg ervoor dat A8 gesloten is.
Het product maakt vreemde geluiden.	Zorg ervoor dat Aq op de juiste manier geplaatst is. De luchtreiniger kan beschadigd zijn of er kan een vreemd voorwerp in zitten. Gebruik de luchtreiniger niet meer en neem contact op met uw Nedis-dealer. Vervang Aq.
Slechte zuiveringskwaliteit.	Blokkeer de ventilatieopeningen niet en zorg ervoor dat er voldoende ruimte rond het product is. Zorg ervoor dat Aq op de juiste manier geplaatst is. Zorg ervoor dat de ruimte kleiner dan 45 m² is. Vervang Aq.
Het product verspreidt een onaangename geur.	Zorg ervoor dat de relatieve luchtvochtigheid in de kamer minder dan 85 % is. (De gemiddelde standaard luchtvochtigheid binnenshuis is 30 - 50%.) Vervang Aq.
A5gaat branden nadat Aq vervangen is.	Houd B5 3 seconden lang ingedrukt om het te resetten.

Onderhoud

Reinig het product regelmatig met een zachte, schone, droge doek. Vermijd schuurmiddelen die het oppervlak kunnen beschadigen.

Gebruik geen agressieve chemische reinigingsmiddelen zoals ammoniak, zuur of aceton bij het schoonmaken van het product.

Het product reinigen:

Haal de stekker van het product uit het stopcontact voordat u onderhoud gaat plegen.

Reinig A

ten minste eenmaal per maand met een stofzuiger.

Reinig niet met water of andere vloeistoffen.

Controleer filterindicator

1. Wanneer B

gaat branden, controleer A

2. Wanneer het stoffig is, reinig het dan zoals beschreven in 'Het product reinigen'.

Vervang het filter

Vervang het filter elke 6 – 8 maanden.

Het juiste vervangende filter is het product met artikelnummer AIPU300AF.

Garantie

Eventuele wijzigingen en/of aanpassingen aan het product zullen de garantie ongeldig maken. Wij aanvaarden geen aansprakelijkheid voor schade veroorzaakt door onjuist gebruik van het product.

Dit product is alleen bestemd voor particulier gebruik (normaal huishoudelijk gebruik). Nedis is niet verantwoordelijk voor slijtage, gebreken en/of schade veroorzaakt door zakelijk gebruik van het product.
